| Hello, I am helping a friend to install vanilla D3 on her recently bought new PC. D3 was already installed on her previous PC. When trying to install the game on the new PC, we get a message saying that the code can only be redeemed once. We have installed de battlenet desktop app. We can only play the starter edition. Anyone can help us with that? | ||
