| I need some assistance and my question is not getting answered any other way, it keeps re-routing me to look in the forums, I don't have time for that. I just wanna figure out this problem and continue gameplay rather than having to scroll through pages and pages of different forum topics as it won't let me create a ticket and redirects me to the forums to look. That's not good enough, i've bought this game 3 times now and the customer service seems to have gotten worse and worse since day 1 on PC. I'm now playing on PS4 and am having issues with no resolve. I work full -time night and don't have time to go poking around. | ||

| DarthDonnie7, If you're trying to submit a support ticket and it refers you to the forums, it means your issue is one they can't assist with via a ticket. Post your problem here and we'll see what we can do to help. Provide as much information as you can. If you don't have time for that, there's nothing anyone can do to help I'm afraid.
