| Trying to log in, input mobile authenticator code and says incorrect login. I know its correct cuz if I put in a random login it doesnt go to authenticate, it just says invalid login. So the password is correct and the code is correct, been using it since day 1. deleted app and reinstalled, still no luck. | ||

| Montanx, If you got a new phone, you needed to save the serial number from the old phone's authenticator app. If you don't have that serial number, the app won't sync up properly. If that is the case, you'll need to contact a Game Master to have them assist with removing the old authenticator so that the new one can be added.
