| Hello Szedig, As Doomie said, I'm afraid we cannot restore hardcore heroes, whatever the cause of death is. I'm sorry about that. If you think there was a bug with the ability and want the developers to investigate it, please post the information on the Bug Report Forum: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly.
