Let's make sure we delete again both folders:
Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:
battle.net/support/article/6141
Delete the Battle.net Tools folder:
battle.net/support/article/6504
Also, take a look at this article (don't forget the advanced steps) and follow the steps you haven't done yet:

| First of all i am on a mac.I was trying to download heroes of the storm but i could't because it was telling me that another installation must finish.The other installation is the patch 2.2.0.Now the update is stuck on "preparing to patch" before that it was stuck for 2 days at initializing.I read a lot of old threads and solutions about the same problem in the forum but none of them fixed the problem.I don't get any error messages. I have tried force quitting Agent,rebooting,deleting the folder battle.net in the shared folder and unistalling and reinstalling Battle.net. Any help provided will be appreciated and sorry for bad english.
