| When I launch D3 on battle.net , it will get as far as the Reaper of Souls icon and then simply "not responding". | ||

Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family If your computer has a dedicated graphic card, make sure the game is using it when running. Start by making sure the drivers for both cards are updated (first the Intel drivers and then the dedicated graphic card): battle.net/support/article/200576 If you right click on Diablo III icon, it should let you choose to run it with the dedicated card. If you have an Nvidia card, you can also configurate this from the Nvidia Control Pannel, on the 3D settings.
