Memelem #2438 | Unable to update and play the game.(1) | Category: Technical SupportMay-7-2015 5:57 PM PDT (10 years ago) |
I was starting D3 normally, like all the other 1000s of times. After entering a public game, I lost connection and the game went non responsive mode, so I exited the game, restarted my pc since its been running for weeks with no restart. well after the restart I opened battle.net game console in my windows 7 and wishfully hoping to find a Kridershot.. BUT the game required an update, I played last night at 6th of may with no problems. and when I press Updated, this little window popped up with a message: "whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot." with "more help": https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/delete-the-battlenet-cache-folder I did follow these instructions in the right order as listed in this link. And it still requires an update and the same window with the "whoops!" comes up everytime I try. Any help is appreciated. p.s its been 5 hours and its still not working, been trying again and again, while doing other things ofc LOL (not really though) |

Hey guys, Could you try deleting these Battle.net Files and see if this helps? Let me know here if anything changes. |

Thanks for replying. If that didn't work for you please try to repair the game files: |
