Hi Blizz,

Long time fan, love the game. Unfortunately hardly have the time to play it due to busy work and a fresh set of twins (mom included) :).

When I do find the time to sit down for some monsterslaying my ping is literally killing all my fun (and my built up XP pools). It used to be a neat 20-30 ms... now it's consistently over 150 and peaking at times over 1500... Please help a poor guy out in getting some entertainment in his time off from everything:)

I performed both a trace and pathping, results below.Please let me know if I need to be replacing/updating my router/modem or if I should be replacing my ISP (UPC/Ziggo in the Netherlands). Thanks a bunch

There seems to be packet loss along the connection. I would definitely contact the provider and let them know. You can pass the tracer and pathping to them so they can check it.

	Hello Lillebror, The pathping doesn't seem to reach our servers. In fact it doesn't seem to leave your home network. Have you waited a while to make sure it's complete? 1 11 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.1.1 The ms on the first step are also unusually high. There's a step with 11ms and the rest have <1ms. That's quite a difference for that first step.
