| Hi I haven't played the game in a wile and I just noticed that my barbarian is back at lvl 1 and all the gear I had is gone. Not sure if I made a mistake or if there is an option for re-activating my character? | ||

| Blitz, It looks like you tried a rollback but still didn't get any characters back. I looked at the account and there aren't any backups you could use that contain a higher level character going back to June 2013.
