| While playing the game at irregular intervals the entire computer shuts down and restarts. Diablo is the only program that has that issue. I just recently re installed the game after the mother board and hard drive was replaced. The rest of the system is up to date on the drivers. I have not tried this on any other computers in this house (DSL connection and live in the area where dinosaurs roam) as it takes a good 12 hours to down load the game due to internet speed. Any patches or updates that may be missing that I need to install the fix this problem. (Had this problem before as well so not so new) | ||

| Pentock, MatteyH is correct. Your symptom is one you'd see if the cpu were overheating. Since you said the motherboard was recently replaced, there's a good chance the cpu cooler was either re-installed improperly or they may not have cleaned off the old paste and applied a new coating. You can find the utility MatteyH mentioned at: http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/1.24-setup.exe Start the game and let it run several minutes.
