Hello, Getting frustrated here ... just saying. i've been playing d3 alot with no problems. Although now all of the sudden I get timed out sometimes, always when i'm in a greater rift and the rift boss is almost dead and since you always start a new game you lose all the progress in that GR. There would be 2 solutions to this problem. 1. fix the time out issue 2. Make it so when you time out or disconnect for some reason, you can log back in and continue with the greater rift you were doing. |

Hello bartjeeuhh, The timeout issue isn't usually a game issue, but a problem of some kind with the connection. Have you tried the steps provided in this article? battle.net/support/article/7500077 If the issue persists, please create a tracer and a pathping just after a disconnection and paste the results on this thread. You have instructions here: - Tracer: battle.net/support/article/496 - Pathping: battle.net/support/article/718 ___________________________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
