Hello Sever,

As Doomie said, in the American forums you'll probably receive a better support regarding their own servers. If there's any kind of issue, they'll know better than us.

However, I can tell you that I see something on your tracer:

For reference, the normal value there is 1ms, the optimal would be <1ms. This can seem a small difference, but it can actually cause connection issues. I would recommend making sure that your security software is not blocking your connection in any way. You can also contact your internet provider so they can make sure your router and connection are working fine.
