| I have been running my computer with an HDMI cable conected to by TV for a while now. I have been playing D3 since release on my TV along with WoW and SC along with all sorts of other online games with no problems. I just patched up and tried to get on and play D3 this evening and I loose my screen and sound. If I hook up my monitor that I have for backup the game is running fine and I have sound running through my headphones. I was able to get onto LoL and play that game fine. I went through and did some trouble shooting on my end and updated video card drivers and still no luck. I have my preferences set up to have my monitors set up to mirror as if both are the same display. dont know if anyone needs any other information like I said everything ran fine before the latest patch. please help I really am looking forward to ladders.... | ||

| Sckar, Try editing your D3Prefs.txt file located in My Documents\Diablo III. Using a text editor like Notepad, change either or both of these lines if they exist.
