| Since running the .exe only starts the launcher, and not the actual game, how can I set up the game to run as administrator? I see I can add command line arguments to each game, but as far as I know there is no such argument to run the program as administrator. For context, my ventrilo keybinds won't work unless I can run the program as administrator. | ||

| TheJarvis, I'm surprised you'd need to do it but you can assign that option to the Diablo III.exe file so it's used every time it's called. Right click it as you did, open Properties instead, and open the Compatibility tab. Under the Privilege Level section at the bottom, check the box next to "Run this program as an administrator".
