been playing reaper of souls all along took a two week vacation come back and now when i load the game on Americas it says unsupported in the upper right hand screen of monitor and screen is black. I can hear the music but no picture. If i log out and got the IN DEVELOPMENT reaper of souls everything loads as normal except obviously the servers are down, but everything is there as normal, What has changed, here is my DXdiag.

Try editing your D3Prefs.txt file located in My Documents\Diablo III.

Using a text editor like Notepad, change either or both of these lines if they exist.

DisplayModeWindowMode "0"
Vsync "0"

to

DisplayModeWindowMode "1"
Vsync "1"

Save the file and try the game again now.
