| Slayer1, 1. Did you make sure that you are logging into the correct region? 2. I checked your account from my end. My end would show me any character that has been there, even if it's been deleted. I only show one active character, and one that was deleted back in July. | Slayer1, so the characters that i exported over to PTR are lost, If so that sucks as i never seen a warning saying they would be lost Copying characters over to the PTR will not cause them to be deleted. I looked over your account a bit more and it actually looks like your account may have been compromised sometime in July. This could explain why your characters are missing. | Slayer1, I just heard back from the GM. The missing characters do seem to be due to an account compromise that occurred on 7/13/14. Rolling the account back to a snap shot of the account taken on 7/4/14 should get you your characters back.
