| So, since today i got some crash ( 5 since 1pm ). Most of the time it was when i was leaving a rift. But sometimes it happened when I was doing the rift. Anyway it gets really annoying. And yes I tried everything listed and nothing works. Plus I have a really good configuration for Diablo III. | ||

| Uizki, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. And I'd also like to see your D3Debug.txt file but I need it just after a freeze has occurred. It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. | Uizki, Nothing much to go on there unfortunately. When it comes to the game freezing as you describe, we've had reports but have never been able to reproduce the symptoms in house. Try running the scan and repair utility first. It's in the Desktop Application under Options when you have Diablo III selected. Since it's been failing fairly quickly for you, it shouldn't take long to determine if this was helpful or not.
