| For some reason Diablo will not launch past the logo, it just gets stuck while my launcher says it's playing now. WoW and Hearthstone work just fine but D3 seems to be broken ever since the new patch came out. I tried re-installing, killing agent, disabling secondary login in services.msc but to no avail. Here are some screenshots of what happens: http://i.imgur.com/RKynWW9.jpg http://i.imgur.com/AttNWr3.jpg Any help appreciated. | ||

| Zystus, 1. What security programs do you have installed? 2. Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| Zystus, 1. I have Bitdefender, but I already put Diablo 3 on my firewall exception list Can you try temporarily disabling Bitdefender to see if that makes a difference? 2. Another program may be interfering. Try running a selective startup to get around this. Please be aware that running while in this mode can potentially disable any security programs you may have running. Here's a support article with steps on how run the selective startup: Closing Background Applications ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| Zystus, Go into your C:\Users\username\Documents\Diablo III folder and delete the D3Prefs.txt file. Once that is done, try launching the game again and let me know what happens. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| Zystus, When I go in that folder it's empty. Could that be why D3 isn't running? No, it's most likely empty because it hasn't launched since the reinstall, so that file hasn't been created. That error usually happens when the internet connection is not working too great. Have you been experiencing any other connection related issues other than with D3? ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| Zystus, Let's try deleting the Battle.net Cache file to see if that helps. Check out this support article for steps on how to do that: Deleting the Battle.net Cache Folder (PC) Once that is done, test out the game and let me know what happens. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||
