| I got a game key for ROS from ebay months ago and the game was working fine. Now the game won't recognize my ROS update. I've tried changing my password and it doesn't. I've tried submitting a ticket but I feel I'm going around in circles with its services. I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP. I don't want to BUY ANOTHER KEY. | ||

| CADPgamer, The key you added was actually a gifted key. What I will guess happened is the seller on ebay may have used a fraudulent method to purchase the key such as a stolen credit card. It took a while before the owner realized the card had been used without their permission and after notifying their bank, the charges were removed, which would mean any purchases made from us with it would be voided due to a chargeback. I can't see the actual details though so if you have additional concerns you should submit a support ticket and ask for a Billing representative to take a look.
