| I have been experiencing crashes at seemingly random times in the game. The refferal code I got for the last crash I experienced was: 806B3596-7254-4F5F-B78A-32434FECF993 These have happened less frequently in the past, but 2.1 seems to have increased the amount of crashes. So far it has always happened in either a rift or a grift while playing on my DH. Both times happened while in combat with eliteson solo play, which is the only thing the crashes seemed to have in common. I checked out the d3debug.txt for this and all I could find is: <ERROR-0> ***** UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: ACCESS_VIOLATION (c0000005) </ERROR-0> Is there any workaround for this, whatever it is? Please let me know if you need any more information from me. Edit: Just tried playing again and game crashed on first elite pack encountered in a t6 rift with my hunter in solo play: 3A4775BB-F935-40F8-B8E5-1B621F15415D | ||

| Haejuk, Your two submitted crash logs are inconclusive when I look at them but then I'm not a programmer. They aren't included in any known reported issues though so it's a good chance they're caused by something specifically to do with your hardware or software config. Can you post some information about your computer so I can check for any problems that might be apparent? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Haejuk, Your video drivers are a little old, that's about all I see really. There have been 4 WHQL newer driver releases than what you have now up to the current 340.52 version. If you'd like to give them a try, you can get them here: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/77224/en-us When installing them, use the Custom and Clean Install options, installing just the graphic drivers and none of the optional components. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
