| Hey there, Played Diablo III yesterday with no problems - but as of the patch, it seems Low FX is permanently switched on no matter what I set the option to. All special effects are nearly non-existant: blessed hammers, for instance, have an almost invisible lightning trail when equipped with the lightning rune. For the record, I'm running a GTX 670 and have never had graphical problems before. Tried deleting d3prefs and restarting the program. No go. | ||

| Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? | Zoduul, What you're saying then is despite it being set properly in the D3Prefs file LowFX "0" It's showing as enabled in-game? | Zoduul, I'm afraid I really don't see the issue but admittedly, I don't play a Crusader regularly so unless there's a visual issue I can see currently, I wouldn't be able to make a reference to how something looked prior to today. This doesn't really appear to be Tech Support related though. I'd suggest making a post about it in our Bug Reports forum to let our QA guys know it's happening.
