| i click to start playing and the D3 logo pops up then immediately i get the window saying "Diablo 3 Retail not responding" then it says it cannot find a problem and closes. I tried disabling everything that wasn't Microsoft on start up programs which will let me use D3 once but once i leave the game I have to restart my computer to play again. Some help would be appreciated. | ||

| Koravel, If disabling other apps from auto-starting at boot time makes any difference at all, there has to be an app conflicting somewhere. Otherwise, it wouldn't make any difference if they were running or not and the symptom wouldn't be changed. It might be an antivirus app that when disabled, still has its hooks into the system and provides protection. If you use an antivirus app, consider uninstalling it temporarily but only if you know you can reinstall it again later. You should not run without one, but often it's necessary in order to install new apps.
