| what happened??? im really confused right now i still can't play its already aug 30, 2014....actually there's nothing wrong about "log-in" but the problem is when i press the button "PLAY" .... PC ---MODE NOT SUPPORTED" OMG...since u update the new patch 2.1.0 thats what happened..i don't what to do?...u knw admin?? sometimes im looking for a HELP it seems u dnt have any FEEDBACK message that i could send a complain text or messages...what now???? really?? pls help me?? i already gave my mobile number from ur Battle.net SMS Protect... hope it would help a lot>>>this my account = darrelltywer#6983 | ||

| darrelltywer, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file?
