| Hello, When i tried to log into the game today there was some update and when i got in all my characters was gone that is both normal, normal hardcore and one season 2 hero. I have tried all region but I know that all my chars was on EU. Please help. | ||

| Houman, You appear to have a second Battle.net account other than the one from which you're posting in here with that has many more characters on it. It's a Gmail account beginning with a "K" and ending with an "n".
