| Hello , I am trying to install diablo but am having problems . After a certain amount of download a pop up error showing the following message : something went unexpectedly wrong we 'll try to fix it , so please try again later . Blzbntag00000089e . I already tried a few things , such as deleting the battlenet folder and remove all the files and start the download again but got no success. | ||

I see you have a bit of packet loss within your provider's network, have a look here: 5 7ms 1/ 100 = 1% 1/ 100 = 1% 187.4.40.69 0/ 100 = 0% | I would advise you to get in touch with them and indicate the IP address of the node where the packet loss starts, this might help them to identify the cause of the issue. :/ UPDATE: I'm downloading the starcraft 2 right now normally. The problem is with the diablo! Is not that unusual to have connection issues with one game, but no problems at all with another one. This depends from routing and the one for the Diablo III download is most likely a different one.
