| Hello, I have been playing ROS nightly for about as long as the games been out and just yesterday when logging into the Bnet thing to choose what game I want to play, I saw a crossed out circle and my normal window that has the ROS logo replaced with the starter edition. When I hovered my mouse over the circle it says my account has been banned. Thinking I was hacked or something I clicked play game to see what happens, and after I get in game nothing is changed. I can still play all my characters and have access to all acts and game modes. All is normal exept my wings from the expansion are all gone from my characters, even making a new one. I get my tyreal wings and the plans and the pet but no more red wings. It is a very strange thing indeed and I don't know what to do. I've tried reinstalling both the launcher and the game but I still have those two issue's. Any help will be greatly appreciated! | ||

| It's a known issue, discussed in this thread below: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/13840824655 Basically, it's a display glitch and not an indication of an account being banned. | Anzy, Are you sure we're talking about the right wings? The Wings of Valor are bright gold, not red. They were awarded to those registering their Reaper of Souls games before a cutoff date of March 31, 2014. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/blog/13407835/wings-of-valor-now-available-3-20-2014 According to our records, you added the Reaper of Souls Collector's Edition less than a month ago on 8/3/2014 which corresponds with your one and only Crusader being created 8/4/2014. That would mean you didn't qualify for the Wings of Valor. The Angelic Wings which you get if you have the Collector's Edition of the regular Diablo III are bluish/white. There aren't any red wings in Diablo III that I know of.
