| One of my hardcore characters just died very very randomly. There was only one normal monster near me and somehow he went through 25M thoughness and the monk passive, Near Death Experience, pretty much instantly. On the Hall of Fallen Heroes character sheet it says he was slain by "Unknown". This happen at around 15:00 GMT, about 15 mins ago. Please fix, there's nothing more disheartning that knowing your characters can just be killed like that without you being able to do anything. | ||

Please, use this one, this way your reports will be seen by the appropriate team. As usual, make sure you provide as much information as possible (screenshots are welcome)! there's no bug report section in the eu forum, this is the closest thing. There is only one bug report forum and it covers both EU and US regions.
