| Hey, my account level is currently reaper of souls collectors edition and i just recently ordered a D3 collectors edition (non expansion) and should be here in a couple of days. I've seen some topics all over about people having trouble and getting errors when they try entering in the game key. Is there anything in particular i need to do differently? | ||

| Gërmanicus, You'll need to get the key added (upgraded) by contacting us, it can't be done through the Account management page. When you do, they should offer to give you a Standard Edition key back. Be sure to ask if they forget to offer it. When you have the new key in hand, submit a ticket to get started.
