Ok, i was waiting for the maintenance . after the maintenance completed i saw this

The red circle says This account has been banned.

Should i worry about this??? i'm still able to play d3 like normal..but i'm afraid something might happen later.

Also it says Diablo 3 Starter Edition..i have D3 and RoS expansion...i'm really worried since this is my first time buying something from battle.net....

Where do you see it saying anything about an account being banned? Your account looks normal to me.

I checked the account again and everything seems fine.

You might try running through the steps in this support article which will clear out your "Battle.net cached data". It can sometime become corrupted and cause strange things to occur.

Deleting the Battle.net cache folder

JasonSkylex,

After doing a little digging, I came across the same symptom description about a bug fixed over a year ago. I suspect it's managed to re-surface in one form or another. It's not preventing game play as it wasn't back then either, it's just disconcerting to see such a message when it's not correct. I'd like to wait a little bit and see if any more users chime in with the issue so I can provide the developers with several accounts experiencing it if in fact more are seeing the problem.

If you're seeing this behavior would it be possible for you to gather and send us a copy of your Battle.net Logs? It will help us to better understand the cause of the issue.

This may not result in an immediate fix for your individual issue, but it will go directly towards getting this sort of issue fixed in general. That being said, if we can find anything in your logs that will help us to better troubleshoot your issue, we will do so.

You can email those as a zip archive to this address: toolsupport@blizzard.com

Hello everyone!

Wanted to give you all a quick update on this.

We've got enough logs now (thank you everyone for the help!) and we're currently looking into the cause of this. We'll update you as we get more information.

It seems to be largely a display issue and is not actually impacting the ability to play; if this changes please let us know.

Thank you all for the reports and the assistance in tracking this down.

As Exeliran mentioned, they aren't asking for any more logs. They have enough to work with already.
