| Hello! I am interested in playing Diablo 3. I downloaded the starter edition to try the game out. Once I press the Play button, I get a black screen with an arrow cursor and the music playing in the background. I want to try the game before I buy it, but I'm unable to play due to this reason. | ||

| heartlz, Try editing your D3Prefs.txt file located in My Documents\Diablo III. Using a text editor like Notepad, change either or both of these lines if they exist.
