| Mike , That's because you must be using the wrong Battle.net account. This one that you're posting from just has an unused Starter Edition that was added today. I can't locate any other accounts you may have based on your first and last name or BattleTag so unless you can remember what the names(s) might be, you'll need to submit a support ticket so a Billing rep can try and locate the account for you.
