| OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.140303-2144) CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8 CPUs), ~4.0GHz RAM: 16384MB - 4x 4GB DIMM DDR3 9-9-9-24 4-33-10-7 2T SSD: INTEL SSDSC2BW120A4 ATA Device (diablo 3 installed here) HDD: WDC WD1001FALS-00Y6A0 ATA Device - Secondary disk drive Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 Motherboard: ASUS Z97-PRO(Wi-Fi ac) I have run the scan / repair from the game launcher I will be playing normally, when randomly the game totally locks up. I can still hear all the sounds, but the video is stuck. The cursor still moves around but clicking has no effect. Nothing else on my computer is locked, I can still browse on chrome and even watch videos). Eventually, the game will just unfreeze and resume as if nothing happened. I timed it roughly, and it's about 2 minutes sometimes before it unlocks. There's no crash, errors, or indication that something is wrong. The computer is only a month old and no other game has done this. Frequency is about once every few hours. | ||

| adamsaun, If you can reproduce it this often (once every three hours), could you try fully closing the Desktop App after you've gotten into the game? There's a similar issue in StarCraft II that users are saying appears to be due to the Desktop App somehow and I'd like to see if maybe that's happening here too. We've not been able to reproduce the problem in-house ourselves yet. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
