| Hi, I hope you can help me here because in spanish support tehy didn't asnwer me. Since yesterday when I get in on the rifts (HC) when I was from one lvl to another the game stay charging and I need to restart the game to continue playing, then later when I was on the rift the game closes suddenly and an error message appear, asking me to send the causes of the closing and the option "Restart the Game", and send me a code, the last one was this: 0D4F7BC6-A7A9-49C2-8081-B5CC7BEAE7DA I hope you can help me because I don't want to lose my HC characters. | Seth, Unfortunately, there's little information available on the crash you submitted. It's classified as a "memory crash while patching" which doesn't reveal much really. The devs are implementing some changes but they aren't due to be in the game until 2.1 so we're waiting on that release to see if they resolve the few reports we're still seeing. In the meantime, about all I can suggest is running a good ram test to make sure your system ram is working properly. I'd suggest Memtest86+ from here: http://www.memtest.org/#downiso The downloaded file you get is an .iso file that needs to be "burned" to bootable media like a cd/dvd or a flash drive. If possible, let the test run overnight.
