| Hello, First of all. I get the maintenance alert icon appearing with no text when I click on it. The icon has been more or less constantly there for the last two weeks, and so I`ve stopped checking it. Today the text was there, but since it had been consistantly showing I had stopped checking for text/explenation. Imo this is something you need to adress, as a constant alert icon only work against the purpose of warning us that there is a scheduled maintenance. Additionally, the time stated is incorrect. "We will be performing scheduled maintenance beginning on Wednesday, 12th February at 02:00. We expect the service to be available again at approximately 10:00 (GMT). During the maintenance window, the game will be unavailable for play. Please follow @BlizzardCSEU_EN on Twitter for further updates." Exactly when is wednesday the 12th Febuary? Not this year, the next Wednesday 12th of febuary is in 2020.... | ||

| Hello AveMORphine, Unfortunately we can't investigate bugs related to game mechanics from the support forum. Keep in mind this forum is aimed towards support with technical issues; installation, crashes, connection issues, performance, etc. The best thing to do is posting this information on the Bug Report Forum: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly.
