Hello! My friend just bought this game this morning and installed it, but can't start the game - she gets Error 3006. We looked up the documentation and found this means she can't connect to Battle.net. She can play Hearthstone, but cannot play Diablo 3. She lives in USA, in TX if that matters. Connecting to other regions doesn't help. Here's a tracert. C:\Users\Miranda>tracert 12.129.209.68 We've tried forwarding all the ports listed here https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/firewall-proxy-router-and-port-configuration and turning off background processes/applications as listed here https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/shutting-down-background-applications . Also opened the game without the launcher, and deleted the AGENT folder. Nothing has helped so far! She doesn't have a firewall or 3rd party blocker like PeerBlock. Also flushed DNS to no avail. We're really at our wits' end here! Any other ideas? Thanks! |

Vino, She lives in USA, in TX if that matters. Connecting to other regions doesn't help. 1. Is she trying to play in the US region, if not, what region is she trying to access? 2. Does the same thing occur when trying to access other regions? 3. What security programs does she have installed? Vino, Thanks for the update. It sounds like there may be something happening with Windows permissions.
