Hello Webby, Right now we don't have knowledge of any general issue on the servers that cause Error 3007. Please follow the following steps. - Reset all your network devices (switch them off for couple of minutes and then switch them back on) - Refresh your DNS by pushing Windows key R at the same time and writing ipconfig /flushdns on the Run window. Repair the game: battle.net/support/article/6572 Follow the rest of the steps in this article, including the advanced: battle.net/support/article/611 If the issue persists, please create a tracer and a pathping just after a disconnection and paste the results on this thread. You have instructions here: - Tracer: battle.net/support/article/7648 - Pathping: battle.net/support/article/718 ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Hello vaevictis, Could you please follow the steps I indicated on my previous response? If the issue persists after that, please provide us with a traceroute and pathping made right after a disconnection (links to instructions are also on my previous messsage on this thread). ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? In the article you can find a table with the different IPs depending on the region you play on. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Leave your comments here! |
