Hello

I'm having trouble getting D3 to start on my laptop. Right away when i start D3, it shows the message "click to retry creating d3d device".
I've tried all the various suggestions i found on google but nothing helped. I've installed the latest display drivers, rebooted and reset the D3 settings several times. No joy.

I would be glad of any assistance you could provide.

Hello,

Can you please make sure that the game is starting using the Nvidia graphics adapter? It should be selectable in the Nvidia Control Panel, just make sure it's not set to automatic or anything like that.

Then please try the game again.

Could you just try uninstalling your graphics adapter drivers, then try to reinstall the ones provided by HP? There should be ones specific for your PC from the HP website.
