| Frezzgfx, I see you've had the game for quite a while already. Are you installing now on a different computer or reinstalling over an existing installation? I also see you have a few other Blizzard games, though none are currently active. Are you able to see if any of those can connect? Hearthstone would be the easiest to test with.
