| Ever since the last update I've been crashing every time I go to enter the Desolate Sands in Act 2 upon starting the "Blood and Sand" quest. When entering, Zoltan Kulle goes to appear and my game just crashes, and gives me a code. I think this has happened about 30 - 40 times now and I've done many things to resolve this issue. I tried repairing the install through the battle.net client, which is fully updated, I tried reinstalling the game, I fully update my video drivers as well. | Ankh13, This particular crash has been happening to users of the AMD Catalyst 14.4 release drivers (Driver File Version: 8.17.0010.1280 (English). The workaround we've been suggesting that has resolved the issue is to use an older 13.x release driver, usually 13.12. | Ankh13, Internally, the crash report you've submitted is hinting at an Nvidia driver issue and that's the direction our developers are looking. Your dxdiag shows AMD hardware however. I checked the model listed in the dxdiag and see it's an older Compaq model that came with an integrated Nvidia video device. This makes me wonder; Did you disable that device in the BIOS? How long ago did you do that? Do you know what Nvidia driver release was in use the last time that device was in use?
