| Hello everyone, I have a problem with the game crashing when I enter certain tile sets in act 2 and act 5. I have tried repairing the game through the battle.net client, as well as uninstaling and reinstaling the game but have had no success. As it stands I can't do bounties in act 2 or 5 and running rifts is a gamble since what tile set spawns is random. My question is has anyone had this problem and does anyone have any ideas what I might be able to do to fix it? My internet itself is fine and the computer is good enough to run the game without other issues. Any input would be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance. | ||

You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. | FourHorseman, Try using an AMD Catalyst 13.x release driver instead of 14.x as you have now. Unfortunately I can't provide a link to any drivers as AMD's site doesn't show earlier releases for mobile graphic devices. | FourHorseman, That crash report is for an ATI driver issue which will be resolved if you can locate and use a 13.x release driver. The link I gave is just for what Gateway has for your model. You can navigate through their site to get to the same place, I was just trying to save you some time. What they have should be 13.x as I don't believe they're new enough to be 14.x. You might also be able to find drivers from a third party site if you search. | FourHorseman, Sorry for not being clear. They released several versions in the 13.x series, from 13.1 through 13.12. I'd suggest trying to locate 13.12 as they'd be the latest.
