Hey guys, so I took a break from D3 and came back to check out 2.1 on the PTR. When I transferred my characters over, the ones that transferred over was an outdated version of my account (eg. my official account is paragon 35x while the one that transferred over was 317). As such my items are also different. Is there any way to fix this? like redo the transfer process. I tried to contact customer service already but they told me to seek help here instead.

This sometimes occurs if you've been inactive on retail servers for a long time. This is not a bug and is not anything that Customer Support can assist with. The best way to work around it is to make sure you've logged into retail, and then try to recopy your characters again sometime after the normal PTR character copy cooldown expires (24 hrs).
