| I cleared a greater rift lvl 28 and upgraded my gem to 29. After closing the lvl 28 grift, I inserted my lvl 29 gem and the grift opened. But I couldn't go in. Clicking on the portal resulted in a millisecond long load screen and back out in front of the portal again. Kept trying for 10 odd mins, clicking multiple times, teleporting to various camps to try the portals there, doing bounties, nothing worked. I ended up exiting the game. Is this a known problem? | ||

| Hello all, Unfortunately we can't investigate bugs related to game mechanics from the support forum. Keep in mind this forum is aimed towards support with technical issues; installation, crashes, connection issues, performance, etc. The best thing to do is posting this information on the Bug Report Forum: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly.
