| Hi just completed greater rift, However after doing the rift the timer was still going and no boss summoned as I was at the end. I managed to clear out 4 levels before the timer still ran out.. managed to clear all out to the end point for teleporting to town> this is the first time i have seen this BUG were u couldn't complete the greater rift for the boss to be summon to clear and get your key stone/ gem reward as I was well with in my time limit. Has anyone experienced this issue? Patch 2.1.2 | ||

| Hello Darkchylde, Unfortunately we can't investigate bugs related to game mechanics from the support forum, as Doomie said. Keep in mind this forum is aimed towards support with technical issues; installation, crashes, connection issues, performance, etc. The best thing to do is posting this information on the Bug Report Forum: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ This way the issue will be investigated directly by the development team, since they do check that forum personally. On top of that, it's easier for them to check the impact an issue has on the community if they have all the reports on the same place, making it easier to prioritise them accordingly.
