| I have a Razer Blade pro 2014 laptop and Diablo has a black screen on start up, after I press play. I can't see anything but I can hear the music and if I move my cursor I can hear menu options. I also don't seem to have a diablo pref text in my folder. Help, my laptop should be able to run diablo fine... | ||

| ThePlan, Are you using Windows 8.1 by any chance? If so, could you try installing this Microsoft Hotfix? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2958266 Microsoft also recommends this Hotfix if you don't already have it installed. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2962409 If neither of these helps with the problem, try editing your D3Prefs.txt file located in My Documents\Diablo III and making sure vsync is enabled.
