| I installed D3 on my new laptop. What happens is when I launch the game, it opens up in full screen, but it's all black. I get the game mouse, and I can hear all the background noise as well as hear the SFX when i hover over the menus stuff, which I cant see. I didnt have this problem with my previous computer, and I tried updating my drivers, as well as switching the game to windowed mode from the settings; still doesnt work. Any help is appreciated, ty | ||

| Nubbyn, Are you using Windows 8.1 by any chance? If so, could you try installing this Microsoft Hotfix? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2958266 Microsoft also recommends this Hotfix if you don't already have it installed. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2962409 If neither of these helps with the problem, try editing your D3Prefs.txt file located in My Documents\Diablo III and making sure vsync is enabled.
