| Cruciform, Could you check in your computer's BIOS and see if you have a feature related to "Intel Virtualization Technology". Make sure it's enabled. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Cruciform, It would be the motherboard's setup utility usually reached by hitting the Delete button shortly after the system is powered on. It will typically display a prompt during the time you can hit the key to enter the BIOS. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| TheTias, This thread is what prompted my inquiry about Virtualization Technology being enabled or not. It's a recent and similar issue another user experienced over on the EU Tech Support forum. http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/11267906727?page=1#1 _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Cruciform, What concerns me is why it's telling you that you have a different OS than you actually have. The user I was referring to believes that the virtualization option was apparently related. I've no way to confirm that but it's worth checking. Otherwise, waiting for a patch isn't likely to help. Do you recall ever changing the compatibility options for the PTR's game or launcher executables? If you set them to XP with SP2, it might be doing this. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
