| The game consistently crashes when I attempt to enter the Desolate Sands or any rifts using that texture. I have re-installed the game and run the "scan and repair" from the B.net application. The game exits and I am presented with a white window that asks for information about what I was doing before the crash and gives a series of numbers and letters at the bottom. | ||

| Vandet, Try to locate and install a catalyst 13.x release video driver. We've seen this symptom for users with AMD APUs when running a 14.x release. You can also try the latest beta drivers from AMD as they're reported as "maybe" fixing this issue.
