| I bought a new laptop and downloaded my diablo 3: Reaper of souls on it but I can't play it. It worked perfectly fine on my old laptop but on my new one it loads up I can see my cursor but it's just a black screen with music. It then gives me a pop up saying "Fail resetting d3d" or something like that. I have no idea why it's doing so considering the graphics card should be much more new compared to my old laptop (which is 3~4 years old.) Will provide more information if needed. Please help. | ||

| Xzyi, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file?
