| Shutter camera effect with 60 fps & 1 gcard(1) | Category: Technical SupportJuly-11-2014 11:11 PM PDT (8 years ago) ![]() | |
| Hi guys I recently got Diablo 3 and enjoying the game a great deal. The games runs great apart from one little problem. So the game runes smoothly I would say 90 to 95% of the time but then something happens with the camera as I am moving around... how do I explain this... its like the camra is taking tiny little steps as it moves instead of its normal fluid self, I would liken it to a shutter effect but am running a single card.... here are my specs I7 3770k stock Hyper-threading off (messing with one of my other games) Gigabyte ud3h motherboard 8gb 1600mhz ram Gigabyte 7970 3gb windforce 850 watt thermaltake power supply windows 8.1 and finally d3 is installed on a dedicated ssd with nothing else running off it when I play d3. I have messed around with the fps limiter, reflections setting core affinity to only 2 cores all with no help, I checked what frames I was getting to surprisingly find out I was getting a stable 60 fps even when my camera goes all wacky. I know it only happens every now and again but its quite jarring too watch, if it was a simple fps dip I would not bother. Thanks for any help | ||

| CrusaderJim, Does it happen in both windowed and full screen modes? With vsync disabled? Have you tried older Catalyst 13.x release drivers or AMD's latest 14.7 Beta release? 14.4 has been reported by users to have various problems. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
