| Hi,blizzard I submitted two tickets wanting to change my account holder because this was my uncle's account, but he decided to quit this game and gave the account to me. So I am wondering if u can change the account holder to me. BUT I submitted two tickets, you deleted them without even giving a reply or notice. Can you please tell me why you deleted my ticket two times in a role without any notice | ||

| Greetings lGodl, Everything MissCheetah has stated here is correct - with that said; the contacts should still have been responded to unless there was some problem that was encountered during the petition process. Pop-up blockers can often interfere with the Support Portal, and response messages sometimes get filtered back into the junk or spam box of the email that's associated with the account. If the account holder wishes to discuss the issue with us directly, they are welcome to reach out to us through the (blue button) options which are displayed at the bottom of the following screen. So as to keep the pertinent information clustered, I'll be locking up this thread. | ||
